Return & Refund Policy – VeichiANZ

At VeichiANZ, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Change of Mind Returns

  • We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit or refund (excluding original shipping fees).


Damaged or Faulty Products

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at dawei@veichiANZ.com.au

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


Warranty

Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have an issue after the return period, please contact us and we’ll assist with the warranty claim.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email dawei@veichiANZ.com.au with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorisation number

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address


Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
